A New Chapter: My Reiki Practice

Over the past couple years, I’ve been learning how to separate myself from my business again.

I built Hempsley to encapsulate and share what I’d learned from one life-changing chapter of my life. But new chapters have been written since conceptualizing Hempsley, and I’ve realized that I need to make space for sharing those experiences too.

In this video, I talk about my social media identity crisis, my spiritual awakening 10 years ago, and how Reiki has shaped where I am today.

About my Energy Healing Journey

Ever since my spiritual awakening in 2010, I have been exploring energetic tools designed to help me navigate and make the most of this lifetime — everything from intensive journaling, self-reflection with tarot cards and astrology, and shadow and inner child work to meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Energy Medicine, and more.

Over the past few years, I have been trained in Re-Evaluation Counseling, PSYCH-K, and received my Reiki I & II Attunements in October 2019, then Usui Holy Fire Reiki Masters training in June 2020 from Adrian Campbell, MA, CPC. Between August 2021 and January 2022, I studied energy healing and intuitive guidance under the mentorship of Erin Schemenski, an intuitive Reiki healer and energy worker. These experiences have nurtured a new resonance within me that I am excited to share with others.
